Forward missed calls: AT&T

For AT&T wireless lines. Codes are typed on the phone's keypad, then press Call.

Your Velocity number is in your setup email. Below, it is shown as [YOUR VELOCITY NUMBER]: type your 10-digit number with no spaces or dashes. Velocity is an AI voice assistant and answers the calls you forward to it.

Forward missed calls

1. For calls you do not answer: dial *61*[YOUR VELOCITY NUMBER]# and press Call. Wait for the confirmation message.
2. For calls when you are on another call (busy): dial *67*[YOUR VELOCITY NUMBER]#.
3. For calls when your phone is off or has no signal: dial *62*[YOUR VELOCITY NUMBER]#.
4. Optional: to change how long it rings first, dial **61*[YOUR VELOCITY NUMBER]**20# (20 seconds; allowed values are 5 to 30 in steps of 5).

Turn it off

Dial ##002# to clear all forwarding.

Good to know

• Do not use *21 for this: it forwards every call, even ones you could answer.
• Business landlines and office phone systems on AT&T have their own settings: use the Other page.
• Codes can differ by plan. If a code fails, check forwarding in your carrier account or ask them for 'conditional call forwarding'. (Verify before publishing.)

Check that it works

1. Use a different phone to call your business number.
2. Do not answer. Let it ring until Velocity picks up and says it is an AI.
3. Open your setup page and tap Check forwarding. It turns green when we have seen the test call arrive.
