What Velocity does

- Takes reservation requests: name, phone, party size, date, time, occasion, indoor or outdoor if you offer it
- Reads the request back and texts the guest that it was sent to your host team

- Allergies: notes them for the kitchen and asks the guest to tell their server on arrival. Velocity never states that anything is allergen-safe.
